Digital College Réunion commits its students to the future !

In a modern, innovative school system, it is essential to train future graduates in environmental issues, which are becoming increasingly complex, so that they can pass on their knowledge in the workplace. To mark the occasion, the school will be hosting a number of speakers who will pass on the values essential to building a better world for our planet. Each evening, films and lectures will be offered to the school’s 300 students, who will be able to debate the various themes.

The school will be welcoming Gaël Duez, who helps teams create greener digital products and turn IT sustainability into a strategic opportunity; Emilie Linkwang, who designs and implements projects to raise awareness of environmental and climate issues among individuals, companies and associations; and Fabienne Cuq, who will be hosting the Fresque des nouveaux récits throughout the week.

Program :

• Monday 28/11 : A day with Emilie Linkwang and 5 Fresque du Climat animators, to learn all about carbon impact and reduce your footprint.
• Tuesday 29/11 : How can we move towards a responsible digital future? Students will be joined by Gaël Duez and animators from the Fresque du Climat for workshops on the environmental footprint of digital technology, focusing on the impact of equipment and digital campaigns.
• Wednesday 30/11 : In the morning, students will attend lectures at Cinépalmes, then be encouraged to open their minds to other environmental themes such as mobility, biodiversity and food.
• Thursday 01/12 : How to invent a desirable future? Fabienne Cuq will lead workshops on the Fresque des nouveaux récits to help students understand how to invent a new society. They will also take part in a Nudge Marketing workshop to develop campaigns to support behavioral change.
• Friday 02/12 : To close the week, students will be asked to produce a campaign to achieve the objectives of the previous day, or each group will present its new narratives and the tools for achieving them.
