Your role will be to accompany companies in their digitalization and their use of digital tools. You will first have to target the company’s needs in order to offer the best options to be solidly anchor them in the digital world.
As you are usually a freelance consultant, you will intervene at the request of the company, you will serve as a guide in this important change. You will need to demonstrate increased process knowledge as you work in sales, communications and human resources departments. You will supervise the implementation of this new organization, accompanied by the company’s professionals.
The required skills
You will obviously have to be very aware of the latest developments and digital means of communication. Your ability to conduct audits and your interpersonal skills to present your findings are to be showcased. Don’t hesitate to look at what the competition is doing, to anticipate your client’s needs.
The salary
At the beginning of their career, a digital transformation consultant will earn around €25,000 gross per year. This salary could rise to 70,000 euros gross per year in senior positions, a sum justified by significant experience.
