Rose Ameziane appointed Managing Director of Digital College
Rose Ameziane has just been appointed Managing Director of Digital College and its affiliated establishments: École Conte, Business Project College, Exchange College and Metaverse College. She succeeds Coralie Dehlinger, and will take up her new post on December 1. She will work alongside the various stakeholders to bring the group's development projects to a successful conclusion, while defining new strategic educational axes.
Rose Ameziane, Managing Director of Digital College, declares : “Life is made up of beautiful encounters, and the one with Ridouan Abagri was a real turning point in my professional life. In addition to his contagious enthusiasm, we agreed on his vision of higher education and our shared desire to break the mould. Driven by the desire to offer our young people the experiences that will enable them to build their success, I’m determined to take part in the great adventure that is Digital College. Higher education is a societal challenge that, among other things, helps to redress the balance of inequality in our regions. That’s another reason why this collaboration makes sense to me. In a way, it’s a logical extension of my career in the field of professional mobility. I believe that our singular backgrounds are a real strength in a sector that is in dire need of a second wind.”
“Beyond her relevant experience, Rose Ameziane embodies values of openness, diversity and inclusion, to which is added a fine commitment to young people. These attributes perfectly represent the vision of Digital College and our other establishments. We’re convinced that, as Managing Director, Rose will bring double added value: she’ll carry our convictions high on the French scene, and she’ll extend our scope of activity to the rest of the world.” – adds Ridouan Abagri, Founder and CEO of the Digital College.
An expert in training
With a career resolutely focused on people, Rose Ameziane began her career in banking.
Rose Ameziane has a wealth of experience in training, having worked as a lecturer, coach and professional trainer in various institutions. Her clear vision of the job market and the innovation of the tools she proposed also enabled her to manage projects and create and/or manage training centers: Rose Ameziane Conseil and ELMED.
At the same time, she has supported entrepreneurs in the emergence of their projects.
A committed citizen, she supports a number of associations to help young people find their bearings, as well as initiating debate on various issues affecting working-class neighborhoods through the association she chairs, Mouv Territoires (Mouvement pour l’émancipation des territoires).
A woman of contact, she is also an editorialist on talk shows on CNEWS and BFMTV, where she contributes her thoughts, analyses and recommended solutions on social issues.
